A lot of people in all over the world as of the moment are enjoying or are fond of drinking beverages such as tea. Some of them would even have a cup of tea before they would usually go to sleep. But however, the caffeine in tea content makes it not really suitable for many people.
This is especially to the nursing and pregnant women, young people just like for example the teenagers, and at the same time the people ho needs a medical assistance related to caffeine content in the tea.
Heart Caffeine
The caffeine in tea content is not really that good to many of the people, for the reason that some of the people who loves tea would tend to enjoy a cup of tea even before they would go to bed without thinking that caffeine in tea really helps a lot in maintaining you really very awake even in the middle of the night. So it is not that advisable to drink tea for children since it will not allow you to sleep. But now, good thing you can really separate the caffeine from your tea. So follow the following steps being prepared.
- Put your tea bag in a mug, them after that you have to boil water. Then pour the boiled water in your tea bag then leave it for about 2 minutes.
- Right after the 2 minutes, pour all the mixture in a kitchen strainer. Why? This is because that the caffeine in tea releases the very first interaction by the tea bag and at the same time the boiling water and thus when you remove the liquid it will also release the most of the caffeine in tea.
- Remove the tea bag coming from the kitchen strainer. Then after that, you have to place the bag of the tea on the napkin and then you have to let it until it will dry.
- Then right after that the tea bag is already had dried up, you have again to boil the water. Then your tea bag which has already dried up, you have to put it in a cup then you can now add water then enjoy your tea with no more caffeine in it.
So by means of doing the following procedures you can now be able to enjoy a cup of tea which has no caffeine content. Also since it has no more caffeine content, even the teenagers or the children can now drink it and can even have a cup of the tea even before they would go to sleep. Since there is no caffeine already so there is a great possibility that they can really sleep that much and would not intervene to their puberty or their growth. But at the same time it is really tiring to separate the caffeine in tea however it is beneficial.
